Let's give this another shot!

Hey Friends!

Going to try to start blogging again...when I have the time.  So here it goes!

My boys are doing great.  I am incredibly sad to say that Snuggle bug has stopped nursing (except for once at night, praying he holds onto that...and my milk stays in!).  I really was not ready to stop nursing.  He has always been an independent little bug, so I will follow his lead.  *sigh*

Developmentally, Snuggle bug is doing amazing.  He is signing and even talking!!  He doesn't say any "words", but everyone in our immediate family can understand him!! :) He has been eating off of my plate since he was about 7 months, so he is our eating champ.  He mastered the pincer grasp and is now shoving handfuls into his mouth.  Snuggle bug is *almost* walking...thinking it will be any day now.  He is constantly smiling and ever so happy.

Love bug is learning so much!  They are both little sponges!  But, Love bug has started pre-k at home.  Thats right we are super excited to be homeschooling him.  He is mastering his letters and numbers.  Trying to learn colors....since he was 18 months!  Praying he will get it soon.  He is learning phonics and doing lots of tracing and "games" to where he doesn't even realize he is learning!  We are having loads of fun with pre-k.

Love bug, is testing the waters a lot.  We sailed through two and three hit like a ton of bricks.  We are talking a lot about obeying, how God sees everything he does and praying a lot.  Thrown in there is a lot of bedroom time.  On the same hand, he is an incredibly loving and caring little guy.  He loves his brother beyond belief.  He snuggles with me so much more (yay!).   He loves to read!  We read about half of the day.  I figure there is going to be a time where he doesn't want me to read to him anymore...Lord knows I'm not ready for that...so I am trying to get all of our snuggles and reading in now. :)

It's Valentines Day and I totally forgot to wish my husband a happy one.  He left at 5am this morning and I got up and spent some time in the Word.  I think I can handle 6, but 5 is a smidge too early for me.  ;)  We don't have Valentines plans, probably going to bed early though.  Our garden will be our Valentines gift to each other.  We are very excited to grow our own veggies!  That will be this weekends project.
